Fight Team MMA programs starts. This program will consist of four clases per week Two hours long.
Monday is Our ground work and Muay Thai classes,
Wednesday will be our striking class that will be ran by Roger and Rick simultaneously. Friday will be our bridging the gap class. This class is the conversion from stand up to take down.
