Richard Feinberg is the Director of Real Estate Development. His background includes a law degree from Western State College of Law and a practice that included small business and real estate transactional issues. Richard was awarded a Lifetime Teaching Credential for California Community Colleges and taught law related classes at the Community College level for 10 years and developed a curriculum in Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition he is a former small business owner and is involved in several nonprofit organizations, including New Hope Grief Support and the Boy Scouts of America.
