Mr. Radach has both trained and coached at American Top Team, Team Quest and Victory Athletics. He owned his own gym called, Evolution Fight Club, and coached and cornered Evan Tanner, to a world title in the Ultimate Fighting Championships.

Mr. Radach has been competing, coaching and training, in the sport of MMA, Boxing and Kickboxing since 1999 and been a three time national qualifier. He has fought in almost every major MMA organization in the US, including the UFC, IFL, KOTC, WEC, IFC, and Sport fight. Currently Mr. Radach holds a 17-4 pro MMA record with over a 75% win KO percentage.

As the Director of Instructor Training, Mr. Radach will be responsible for the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, certification and re-certification for all full-time LA Boxing Franchise instructors.
