As an amateur she became a bronze medalist at the Everlast US Women's Nationals in 1998 and 1999. During the year 2000 she won the Women's Gearup 147 lbs Championship. Never stopping, in 2002 Bonnie turned professional, and after many fights in 2005 she won the WBE (World Boxing Empire) Middleweight World Championship. A title she held for many years. Bonnie is currently ranked #6 in the IWBF Middleweight rankings. She is also a certified Boxing Fitness Instructor. |

Will's father, Sandy Wilson, was a European Boxing Champion while in the military. He began his training early at age 12 with karate classes and later developed his love for boxing. Will has been boxing since 2001 and went five years as an amateur with a record of 8-1. His professional record is 3-4. He became a personal trainer over 6 years ago and has worked at many different gyms in the Raleigh/Durham area. He has fought 6 live bouts on television since beginning his boxing career. His most recent televised match aired on May 3, 2008, and was a TKO for Will during the second round after breaking his opponents rib with devastating body blows. |

His training continued during his tenure in the U.S. Army while stationed in Germany. He competed in Ultimate Grappling Challenges I, II and III ending with two firsts and one second place finish in his weight class. He later attended the Relson Gracie Academy and obtained a Purple Belt. Additonally Mike holds a Brown Belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu and a Black Belt in Judo. Mike continues to compete in amateur competitions in the U.S.. |
![]() | Justin Sellers - Instructor The son of a United States Marine Corps Force Recon Instructor, Justin excelled in hockey and baseball during his youth, which laid the foundation for his development into a well-rounded martial artist. He has earned a Black Belt in Hapkido, an eclectic martial art that utilizes a variety of striking and grappling techniques, along with a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Justin also possesses a BA in Psychology from NC State University and is a two-time gold medalist and active competitor on the US Grappling circuit. |

As a young boy Nasser's father was a boxing fan and introduced him to the sport by teaching him to throw a jab. They would watch live televised bouts together and he enjoyed the excitment of the battle. During middle school Nasser was drawn to football and played for 4 years as his family moved back and forth from NY to NJ. He had friends that were golden gloves fighters and would compete regularly and they eventually drew him into the sport. In 2005, Nasser won the New Jersey Golden Glove competition in his weightclass. He continued to fight and train with a record of 15 - 5. He took 3 years off and moved to NC in May of 2008. He joined LA Boxing Cary in March of 2009 as an instructor and with encouragement is returning to the sport. Nasser hopes to fight his first Pro fight before the end of 2009 . |

Chris Bright is a Certified Personal Trainer that enjoys helping clients to achieve their personal fitness goals. He enjoyed success lifting weights that lead to competitive power lifting competitions. While pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice, Chris began his training in Martial Arts. Chris incorporates his knowledge including nutritional supplementation and experience with sports into his training to create his own unique approach to fitness. He supports professional and amateur fighters in boxing, mixed martial arts, and other martial arts events through training, coaching and cornering. Some of Chris' accomplishments are, he holds a Black Belt in Karate, a Brown Belt in Hybrid Jiu Jitsu, and has experience in Tae Kwon Do (ITF&WTF), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Krav Maga, San Shou, Self Defense, Boxing and Aikido. Chris also has instructor certifications in MMA, BJJ, Cardio Kickboxing and Boxing under Benji Radich (LA BOXING). He has competed in Judo, No GI Grappling, as well as Knockdown Karate. |
